The Med Pouch Vertical MK II is the modified and updated version of the MED POUCH VERTICAL. The biggest change is the more visible MED mark on the front, which has been lasered into the loop Velcro and allows the addition of various patches, including IR marks. The insert has also been modified to reduce the weight and mass of the pouch. This two-part IFAK is designed to be attached to the side panel of the chest rig or to the belt - it takes up similar space as a magazine pouch. The Med Pouch is primarily constructed of proprietary laminate and 500D Cordura® for increased durability. The medical equipment insert can be deployed with a single pull on the Velcro flap. All first aid kit is well thought out and held in place by elastic webbing loops. The insert itself can be opened quickly with just one hand. The interior of the main bag has looped Velcro so you can attach the SHEARS bag inside. Not only is the bag compatible with any MOLLE/PALS module platform, but it can also be attached to any 45mm wide weapon belt thanks to specially designed paracord loops.
