The Lysander MED Belt Bag provides a compact way to carry essential medical equipment for use. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it fits under the plate carrier, which is particularly useful when operating in tight spaces. A zip pocket on the front is used to store protective gloves, while a medical plaster can be attached to the outside using Velcro. The main compartment closes with a two-way zipper, and its soft Velcro lining can be easily configured for specific equipment using the included special strips. Another compartment on the back of the bag holds large flat bandages and can be closed with a small Velcro fastener. There are two additional pockets sewn onto the closure flap, one for scissors and the other for TCCC accident cards. A laser-cut MOLLE/PALS compatible system is attached to the sides of the bag to which additional bags for bandages, tourniquets, etc. can be attached. The MOLLE/PALS compatible system continues to the bottom of the bag to attach additional equipment such as a COMBAT STRETCHER. In addition to using the MOLLE/PALS compatible system on the bottom, we have added a woven shock cord there for additional attachment options.
