The super practical TACMED-ONE Pouch from CHARLIE MIKE is Molle compatible and has a black Velcro surface on the outside to which a Velcro patch can be attached. The first aid pouch can be opened on 3 sides with a two-slide zipper and can therefore be completely unfolded.
The compact first aid pouch is a good (small) size for the most important things. It can also hold a CAT tourniquet if the CAT is inserted at an angle. With a CAT tourniquet in the pouch, however, there is not much room for anything else and we recommend filling the pouch with an Israeli first aid bandage, disinfectant, scissors, plasters, etc. and carrying the CAT tourniquet separately.
